Editing, layout and prepress of the print edition of the youth magazine "fluter"

The Federal Agency for Civic Education (BPB) issues 4 x at the end of each quarter, a print version of the magazine "fluter" on a focal topic such as politics, hostchaft, history, society, culture. This is aimed at adolescents v. 16-22 years. The subject of the services to be awarded is the editorial support of the magazine u. the creation of the layout u. the prepress for this as a basic service and participation in additional editorial meetings, layout u. Conception of advertisements in the magazine, local print approval conceptuseson u. Maintenance of electronic offers as on demand demand. In addition to the print edition, BPB also operates the website fluter.de. Their care is not the subject of the services to be awarded, but the main theme of the print edition is also used in coordination with the website. A vote between website u. Print edition is required. For the Le forgivenfixed prices are given.

At the end of the quarter, the Federal Agency for Civic Education publishes a print version of the magazine "fluter" on a focal topic such as politics, economics, history, society, culture to adolescents aged 16-22 years, the objective of the magazine is to fulfill the educational mandate of the clientspeaking, communicating an understanding of political issues, consolidating a consciousness of democracy and promoting political engagement. The subject of the services to be awarded are the editorial support of the magazine as well as the preparation of the layout and the prepress for this as a basic service as well as the participation in additional editorial meetings, dthe layout and conception of advertisements in the magazine, on-site print acceptance and the conception and maintenance of electronic offers as on-demand services. In addition to the print edition, the Federal Agency for Civic Education operates the website www.fluter.de. The website is not the subject of the services to be awarded, but the main topic of the print edition, in agreement with this, also used for the website. It is therefore necessary to coordinate the website with the print edition. For the services to be awarded (basic services and benefits) fixed prices are given (- 58 para. 2 p. 3 VgV). The fixed price for the basic services amounts to 71 600, 00 EUR (net).
