Delivery of paper for printers and photocopiers

The subject of the order is delivery of 135 600 copies of paper for printers and photocopiers to each of the places specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SIWZ.

The subject of the order is the delivery of 600 reams of A3 size xerographic paper and 135, 000 reams of A4 paper for printers and photocopiersek.

The Contractor is not subject to exclusion from participation in the public procurement procedure, if any of the conditions indicated in art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 and para. 5 point 1 and item 8 of the PPL. Contractors confirming the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the procedure and no grounds for exclusion will submit: Current European Bid Document. Inforfrom the National Criminal Register to the extent specified in art. 24 sec. 1 items 13, 14 and 21 PPL. The certificate of the competent head of the tax office confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with paying taxes, issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of tenders. Certificate of the relevant local organizational unit of the Social Insurance Institution or Farmers' Fundo Social Security or other document confirming that the Contractor is not in arrears with payment of social security or health insurance premiums, issued not earlier than 3 months before the deadline for submission of offers. A copy from the relevant register or central records and business information if separate regulations require an entry in the register or records, in order tothe lack of grounds for exclusion under art. 24 sec. 5 point 1 Pzp. Current Contractor's declaration, on the date of submitting to the Awarding Entity on the lack of: 1) issuing to him a final court judgment or final administrative decision on defaulting taxes, fees or social security or health insurance premiums or in the event of such judgment or decisionconfirm documents confirming payment of these receivables together with any interest or fines, or enter into a binding agreement regarding the repayment of such receivables, 2) a ruling against him as a preventive measure for the prohibition of applying for public orders; 3) arrears in paying taxes and local fees, referred to in the Act of 12.1.1991 on taxes and oplocal patches.
