The subject of the order is: purchase and successive supply of xerographic paper in reams (1 ream = 500 sheets), weight 70-90 g / m, designed for one and two-sided printing in black and multi-color on copying, printing and multifunction devices, laser andramentowych divided into 2 parts.

Purchase and delivery of A4 paper in the number of 694, 102, - the Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of exceeding the quantity indicated. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the volume of ordered photocopied paper in relation to the quantities indicated in the Distribution of deliveries, refueling Annex 4 to the Agreement by no more than 20%, and thus not using the entire Agreement amount. The Employer will inform the Contractor in writing of the above fact. Due to the above, the Contractor can not lodge any claims.

1. The Contractor submitting the bid is obliged to pay a bid bond in the amount of: a) for part A - 245, 000.00 PLN

b) for part B - PLN 3 700.00.
