The purpose of the centralized procurement is to establish framework agreements for 2 distinct positions with 3 (three) time-bound contractors 18 months to provide supplies of copying paper, recycled and unrecycled, for the needs of execution bodiesthe power under Art. 4, para. 1 of Decree № 385 of the Council of Ministers of 30.12.2015. On the basis of the framework agreement, contracts will be concluded by the individual contracting entities with 1 (one) contractor after holding an internal competitive choice under the procedure of Art. 82, para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act

The paper must meet certain ecological criteria stated in the notice
