Ramcova Agreement on Supplies of Xerographic Paper for the Years 2019-2020

The subject of this Invitation is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement to ensure the successive delivery of A4 and A3 xerographic papers to copiers, and inkjet printing for double-sided blacks and full-color printing. The assumed quantity is stated inThe main object of this process is the conclusion of a framework agreement to ensure the successive delivery of A4 and A3 xerographic papers to copiers, printers, laser and inkjet printing for double-sided blacks and full-color printing. The quantity assumed is shown in annex 2 (pricing table)) of this ZD in a quantity of packs (and 500 sheets). It is easy to see. the contracting authority requires the contractors who submit a tender in this procurement procedure to prove their eligibility under Section 74 of the Act, professional competence under - 77 (1) of the Act and the technical qualification according to - 79 of the Act. According to Section 56 (3) of the Contractor's Act, the documents for qualification in the offer are submitted.pursuant to Article 86 (2) of the Act, the Central Contracting Authority provides that it does not allow the Contractor to substitute, in the context of his quotation, for the documents required to prove his qualifications by affidavits. The contractor may replace the required documents with a single European Certificate of Public Procurement. - In accordance with Section 86 (5) of the Act, documents proving basic competence - A professional competence must be provedand the required eligibility criteria no later than 3 months prior to the commencement of the inverse management. Entrepreneur Entrepreneur may prove to be eligible for a qualification in the offer with documents submitted in a simple copy.
