Maximum quantity 2 pieces, quantityminimum 1 piece.

1) The bidders must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 and art. 59 of the Law no. 98/2016 on Public Procurement.

The economic operator (leader, associate, third party, subcontractor) will fill in the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form, with information related to their situation, from the awarding documentation. Incorporating the situation in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement attracts the tenderer's exclusion from the procedure applied for the award of the public procurement contract. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed ones by completing the DUAE form must be submitted, only at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderers placed on the first three places at the final• These documents may be: • Romanian legal / natural persons: • A certificate of fiscal attestation for legal entities, issued by MFP or subordinated sub-units that have the status of budget creditor (this certificate must show that the bidder has no overdue debts at the time of their presentation),

- Tax Attestation Certificate on Taxes and Feesin the case of legal persons, issued by the local council (this certificate must show that the tenderer has no overdue debts at the time of their presentation),

- The judicial record of the economic operator and of the members of the management, management or supervisory body of the economic operator or those with powers of representation, decision-making or control in the cadas it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ORNC or the constitutive act. Way of completing: DUAE completion.

Foreign legal / natural persons: editorial documents issued by the competent authorities of the country in which they are resident to prove the fulfillment of the due taxes due to the state budget and the local budget, compliance with the legislation of the country of residence. The documents shall be accompanied by their authorized translation in Romanian,

1) Economic operators submitting a tender must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, from which it appears that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution, as well as having the professional capacity to perform the activities covered by the contract.
