This contract is for the supply of a conventional radiology room.
New supplies
Supplies must be new. Re-employment material is not accepted under this contract.
Resumption ofmaterial that replaces the equipment that will be replaced by the supplies to be purchased under this contract, must be taken back for destruction - or buybacks - by the holder of the market.
In other words, any replacement of equipment belonging to the Centers. Hospitals Jolimont by a material bought in the framework of the present march is accompanied by the recovery pby the holder of the equipment replaces.
Disposal of waste
The evacuation of packaging and waste related to the commissioning of the materials covered by this contract shall be borne by the holder. At the end of the commissioning of any order material within the framework of this contract, the holder will take care of the evacuation and the elimination of the packaging (cartons, plastic films, pallets, ...).The candidate has the possibility of proposing free options.
Appendices:
The candidate must comply in all respects with the Annex IT attached to these specifications. It will have to add in its response to this market all the answers to the questions set out in this Annex.
The tenderer must provide for each lot, the totality ofs information relating to the technical questionnaires attached to this document. He may add to these tables all the additional information he deems useful and argue the manufacturer's technological choices. The answers to the Technical Questionnaires should be as complete and clear as possible, the latter allowing an evaluation of the candidate's offer.- a questionnaire not provided will result in the rejection of the offer, - a questionnaire that is poorly or partially informed will result in a devaluation of the rating of the corresponding elements.
The DUME, by which the tenderer declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016.
The DUME, whereby the tenderer declares that he satisfieshave the following selection criteria:
1) Article 67 of the A.R. of 15.7.2011. Economic and financial capacity
In order to demonstrate its economic and financial capacity, the tenderer shall submit with his tender:
- a bank declaration drawn up in accordance with the model provided for by the AR of 15.7.2011 and reproduced as an annex to these specifications, and
- a statement concerning his turnoverareas with similar supplies and relevant to the subject of the market, during the last 3 years.
Site visit required and not to participate in the visit of the site leads to the nullity of the offer:
This visit will allow the candidate to propose a project of implementation taking into account the constraints related to the future place of installation of the equipment.
