Metal Detectors

Delivery of Metal Detectors and Radiological Facilities for X-ray Baggage Check

The Contracting Authority of the Supply, Manage- ment and Repair Base will conclude the framework agreement for providing metal detector gates and radiological installations for controlling X-ray luggagea 48-month period with a single economic operator and the subsequent contracts will be concluded and carried out by the penitentiary units benefiting from the National Penitentiary Administration according to Annex 2 attached to the tender book. 1) Requirement: The bidders, third parties and subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided by art. 59, 60, 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

Means of performance: To be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only to the bidder ranked first in the intermediate rankand - completed with the evaluation of the tenders.

The way of fulfillment: The DUAE will be presented, completing the sections related to the required requests.

Estimate the value of the smallest and the largest subsequent contract to be awarded during the duration of the agreement: - according to Chapter 15 of the following contract model, - according to Chapter 14 of the model framework agreement - Beneficiary penitentiary units are: - according to Annex 1, annexed to the specification; reserve the right to redimension the minimum and maximum amounts of subsequent contracts according to the resources availableup to the maximum amount of the framework agreement.

The way of dividing two or more first-ranked prizes with equal scores ranked first: will be made in accordance with the provisions of art. 139 par. (3) of GD no. 395/2016, respectively: "If two or more bids are ranked first, with equal scores, the tie will be made within view of the score obtained by the valuation factors in descending order of their weight. Where equality is maintained, the contracting authority has the right to request new financial proposals and the winning bid will be the one with the lowest financial proposal. "
