The present contract is a single-award framework agreement, split into purchase orders with no minimum or maximum amount, fixing all the contractual stipulations, in accordance with the articles. 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets. Funding is provided from the state budget, nparticularly, programs 214 and 172. The prices are unitary and firm during the first 12 months of the market and then revised by adjustment under the conditions laid down in the CCP. The criteria and sub-criteria for judging offers are specified in the consultation rules.
