Successive supplies of fabrics to Mazowiecka sewing room Mazovia Budget Economy Institution, broken down into the XI part to the Woł-w branch. Quantities and range are specified in Attachments No. 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 2G, 2H, 2I, 2J, 2K to SIWZ - Price forms for Parts I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI.

Main Site: The place of supply is the Mazowiecka Mazovia Mazovia Economy Sector House located at Cichej 8, 56-100 Wołow, POLAND. 1) The order is for successive supplies of bedding fabric to the Mazovian Sewing Institute Institution Economy Budgetsj "Mazovia", Branch in Woł-w (detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 2A.

2) The place of supply is the Mazovian Mazovian Department of Economic Development, Branch in Woł-w, Cicha 8, 56-100 Wołow, 7:30 am to 13: 00

3) Deliveries will be made on the basis of partial orders submitted via telephone, fax or e-mail.by an authorized employee of the Employer.

4) Quantities given in Annex No. 2A constitute estimated requirements.

5) Specification of the subject of the order with the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 19212000-5 cotton fabrics

6) The Contractor shall provide the assortment at its own expense and on its own responsibility to the place indicated in point 2).

7) The assortment must be delivered on a business day at Orderie, from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, in accordance with the relevant regulations.
