NIBIO c/o the communications staff, will sign a contract for support and maintenance services, as well as further development of NIBIO`s website The website is based on Enonic XP opensource.

NIBIO is a research institute with expertise at a high international level within agriculture, food production, plant health, the environment and resource management. There is a need for a support and maintenance contract for NIBIO`s website.

All tenders and communication regarding the tender contest are expected to be submitted through Mercell. It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Requirement:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.

Foreign companies: verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement:

Sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement:

Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service. The contracting authority will implement credit evaluations after the expiry of the tender deadline.
