Open invitation to tender: articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1 and R. 2161-2a R. 2161-5 of the CCP. This consultation concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders relating to development and maintenance services for websites, e-services, web design and additional services for the needs of the Toulon Provence Mediterranee Metropolis. Framework agreement with minimum and maximum is entered into in application of articles L. 2125-1-1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP. The amount of the services for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows:

- to maintain the service continuity of existing sites,

- to develop and integrate functional and technical developments,

- to create new sites,

- to take over an existing site,

- to redesign an existing site.

- a precise letter of applicationif the candidate presents himself alone or in a group, the nature of the group as well as the identity of his representative,

- declaration on honor to justify that the candidate does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition to tender,

- documents relating to the powers of the person empowered to hire the candidate.
