Tendering is the conclusion of a service contract for the relaunch of websites incl. maintenance.
The service includes the relaunch of SKB websites. Optional soll a maintenance service (including Typo3 and system updates) of the websites offered for up to three years.
On the possible requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of the activity in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Procurement Act 2018 are expressly pointed out. Sections 21 and 194 of the BUndertakings Act 2018 obliges applicants or tenderers resident in the territory of another Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and having to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualifications in Austria to carry out a decision as soon as possible, or in any event before expiry of the offer periodinitiate. For regulated trades (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made in this connection to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
