The following description is to be considered as an indicative description of the tasks can be expected to be resolved under the sub-agreement:

As part of the tender, the tenderer must submit a completed version of the Common European Tender Document (ESPD), where the requested information, cf. The ESPD is a self-declaration which serves as preliminary evidence that the Offeror meets the exclusion criteria, suitableGuidance:

Tenderer, Other Onemeetings and associations, at the request of the Contracting Authority, must provide documentation in accordance with Sections 144 and 152 of the Tendering Act for the information provided in the ESPD. The following is a description of how this documentation is to be presented.

If the Offeror, the participants of the Association or other entities are from Denmark, the documentation is presented in the form of a service certificate from the Danish Business Authoritylate. The certificate of service must contain information from:

- Probate Court v. Court of Justice,

- Tax Administration,

- ATP,

- Police (Criminal Register)
