Carpentry installation work. SOUTH (hereinafter referred to as the Client). This is a re-tender of 12 sub-agreements in phageThe paints Painter, Masonry and carpentry and joinery work which were canceled on 16.7.2019 from the original tender, notice no. 2019 / S 107-260450.

The following description is to be considered as an indicative description of the tasks can be expected to be resolved under the sub-agreement:

- Spartling, weaving and painting of interior walls and ceiling,

- Painter treatment

Various miscellaneous repair works

As part of the tender, the tenderer must submit a completed version of the Common European Tender Document (ESPD), where the requested information, cf. The ESPD is a self-declaration which serves as preliminary evidence that the Offeror meets the exclusion criteria, suitableGuidance:

The tenderer must fill in the ESPD below. It must be verified by the Tenderer prior to award decision, cf. VI.3.

The bidder is requested to state:

Tenderer, Other Onemeetings and associations, at the request of the Contracting Authority, must provide documentation in accordance with Sections 144 and 152 of the Tendering Act for the information provided in the ESPD. The following is a description of how this documentation is to be presented.

If the Offeror, the participants of the Association or other entities are from Denmark, the documentation is presented in the form of a service certificate from the Danish Business Authoritylate. The certificate of service must contain information from:

- Probate Court v. Court of Justice,

- Tax Administration,

- ATP,

- Police (Criminal Register)



- Please note that a "consent declaration" must be completed and uploaded in connection with order of the service certificate.

The service certificate must be a maximum of six (6) months old from the deadline for submitting the service certificate, as stipulated by the Contracting Authority in the letter of invitation. offers on the mini offer. For information, the processing time at the Danish Commerce Agency is approx. 2 weeks from the ordering of the Service Certificate is received.

If the Offeror, one or more of the participants in the Association or Other Entities is not from Denmark, this must, as a rule, provide the forms of documentation provided by e-Certis. e-Certis is an online information system, pwhether it should be used to find the right documentation to be used by EU Member States in the field of procurement.
