The existing museum building (gross area 4 827.12 m) remains unchanged to the outside. The reconstruction measures concern only the adaptation of the existing premises, the removal of the installationsin the inner courtyards and the construction of a glass roof construction. The general requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of the exercise of an activity in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out.
