Works of improvement of the public spaces of the ZAC du Coteau in Cognin - Lots 5 and 6

The purpose of this contract is to carry out work on the public spaces of the Coteau BIA, the first phase of the Villeneuve-a-quartier district.Cognin (agglomeration of Chambery): realization of the dry networks, finishing of the earthworks, realization of the road works, and covering of ground, realization of the landscaping, connection of the networks to the batis. Lots 1 to 4 were the subject of a consultation in April 2013. Lots 7 and 8 are the subject of a separate consultation. Overall duration of all lots (all sliceses combined) set at 21 months over a global period estimated at 5 years. Phases of interruption and resumption of work are to be expected in connection with the buildings of the ZAC. The effective start of work is planned for May 2019.

Dry networks (and trenches for ERDF secondary networks and public lighting), includes: telephone and teledistribution (trenches, sleeves, shooting rooms)e), public lighting (trenches, sheaths and wiring, cabinets, barstools, candelabras), the electricity network (trenches, sheaths).
