Main activities:

1 Development of a technical design, including the necessary working details for the needs of the renewal on the basis of the required mandatory measures in the section "Construction audit" and part "Energy Survey ". The technical project should be in scope and content according to the normative requirements of Ordinance No. 4/2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, Ordinance No. 7 / 15.12.2004 on the energy efficiency of buildings, - SG, No. 27 of 2015, in force as of July 15, 2015, as well as the specific requirements of the project ..

2. Exercise of author's supervision

3.The participant must have a registration in the Central Professional Register of Builders (TSRC) of the Construction Chamber for execution of constructions of the construction category, in which the object of the contract is placed І group at least a fourth category, and for foreign persons in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State in whichbut established or of another country party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

In case of merger the requirement is covered by the participant who will carry out the construction activities. The participant completes Section A: "Fitness" in Part IV: "Selection Criteria" of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) (Appendix 1)

If the participant is a non-resident person, he / she must present a Certificate of temporary or permanent listing in the CPRC to KamaThe participant must have professional liability insurance for the participants in the construction and the design under Article 171 of the TDA covering the minimum insurance sum for this category of construction - minimum category four, according to the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for compulsory insurance-in design and construction, or a relevant valid equivalent document.

Before concluding a public procurement contract, the participant designated as contractor to submit the documents under Art. 62, para. 1, item 2 of the PPL - proof of the presence of insurance-Professional liability if they are not available through direct and free access to the relevant national database.If, for a good reason, the participant is unable to provide the documents requested by the contracting authority, it can prove its economic and financial situation with using any other document that the Assignor considers appropriate.

2. The term for execution of the construction shall be considered as of the date of signing of the Protocol for opening of the construction site and determination of the construction line and level of construction - Figures 2 and 2 and according to Ordinance № 3 / 31.7.2013 for drawing up of acts and protocols during construction. The term for the preparation of an investment project shall be considered from the date of the contract for implementation of the order.
