Construction of the yard area

Construction yard Construction of the yard area in accordance with the tender documentation for the construction of the yard, complete with all the toes and supplies. The job has five (5) hunting targets.

The contract form is a total contract where the selected contractor works for YSE-and as a pioneer in the status of a pledge contractor, referred to as a lawyer. The contractor is responsible for the management responsibilities and the provision of services. The project will be implemented as a joint municipal and state-of-the-art.

The tenderer must have the ESPD form with which the tenderer assures that the mandatory exclusion criteria are not met. The Michael provider is grouped by the ESPD formaeyttaeae from each of the participating companies. If the bidder invokes the suitability requirements of the subcontractor's resources, the ESPD form can be considered as a subcontractor. If the bidder is grouped or if the bidder has the bidder at the bidding stage to meet the suitability requirements, the bidder must fill in his bidding as an attachment to the bidderthe establishment of a group or a contract with a subcontractor. A contract of intent and an agreement with a subcontractor shall record the dangers of liability of each participating undertaking in the project.
