17-147 Sugar Crystal - Replacement of HR Sugar Crystal

The object of the VZ is to ensure the replacement of sugar crystals, ie the supply of 7, 608.15 tons (/ -0.1%) of bile crystal sugar, which will be used for long- with storage of 7, 608.15 tons (/ -0.1%) of 2004 lots (1, 500 tons), 2003 (5, 560.25 tons) and 2002 (547.9 tons) of crystal sugar from state tangible reserves, that one is about selling7, 608.15 tons of crystal sugar and 7, 608.15 tons of crystal white sugar purchased. The subject matter of the VZ is to ensure the replacement of crystal sugar beet, ie 7, 608.15 tons (/ -0.1%) of crystal of white sugar, which will be for the long-term storage with a counter-take of 7 608, 15 tonnes (/ -0, 1%) of 2004 2004 (1 500 tonnes), 2003 (5 560, 25 tonnes) and 2002 (547, 9 tonnes) of crystal sugar from state-owned material reserves, ie. that one is pr7608.15 tons of crystal sugar and 7, 608.15 tons of crystal white sugar purchased.

To prove professional competence, the supplier shall provide: a) the extract from the trade register, if it is entered in it, or a similar extract from the register if it is (b) proof of the right to take up business in accordance with special legal regulations in the scope corresponding to the subject of the public offer, ie the trade license for "Production", trade and services not included in annexes 1 to 3 of the Trades Licensing Act or in the manner provided for in Section 228 of the Act: - an extract from the list of qualified suppliers who are not more than 3 months old on the last day of the demonstration.
