Perforation works service - framework contract

The subject of the Framework Agreement is the provision of perforation (shot blast) services in openings for the needs of PGNiG SA.

1. The subject of the Framework Agreement is the performance of a service consisting in perforating (shot blasting) works in openings made forand the needs of PGNiG SA.

2. The detailed scope and description of the order, the manner and conditions of its execution and the requirements of the Ordering Party are presented in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.

The Employer does not specify the condition of participation in the procedure. The Purchaser does not specify the condition of participation in the proceedings. Under the offer binding period, 3 months should be understood as 90 days.

2. Contractor, within 3 days from the day of zamiesinformation on the website of information on the opening of tenders shall submit (through the Electronic Communication Module with Suppliers of PGNiG SA) a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 item 23. Together with the submission of the statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of the competitionin the Proceedings - prepared according to the form constituting the SIWZ.

3. The Bid, together with attachments, is submitted by the Contractor via the Electronic Communication Module with Suppliers of PGNiG SA

4. The contents of the offer are the documents listed in point 12.6 SIWZ.

5. In the absence of grounds for exclusion, the Employer shall call Contractors whose offers shall be evaluated as the most advantageous, to submit in the designatedm, not shorter than 10 days, current submission subheadings, relevant declarations or documents confirming no grounds for exclusion from the proceedings, referred to in par. 5 points 1-9 of the Regulation on the types of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor in the proceedings for the award of the contract and indicated in the ToR.
