Providing the services necessary to complete the drilling stage for the Zbąszyń 12-hole drilling well. Reference Number: ZP / PGNG / 19/0006 / GE / DWR - The order is: To provide the services necessary to complete the drilling stage for the Zbąszyń 12 borehole . The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order, the manner and conditions of its execution and the requirements of the Orderare provided in Annex 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11 to SIWZ.

Providing drilling equipment and equipment and carrying out the necessary work during the implementation of the Zbąszyń drilling well 12. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order, the manner and conditions of its execution and the requirements of the Ordering Party are presented in Appendix No. 1.1to SIWZ.

Orderer considers the condition to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that he will have current decisions and permits authorizing to conduct business, issued in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular resulting from the Act of 27.4.2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws 2018 item 799), the Act of 27.4.2001 on waste (Dz.U.2018 item 992), the Act of November 10, 2008 on mining waste (OJ 2017, item 1849), the Act of 20.07.2017 - Water Law (Journal of Laws 2017 item 1566),

1. Contractor, within 3 days from the date of placing by the Employer on the website information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, will provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-membership in the samecapital group referred to in art. 24 sec. 11 of the Public Procurement Law. In the situation of belonging to the same capital group, the Contractor together with the submission of a statement may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the Procurement Proceedings. Under the offer binding period, two months should be understood as 60 days.

3. Offer with attachments Wykonawiec consists of the Electronic Communication Module with Suppliers of PGNiG SA

4. The contents of the offer are the documents listed in point 12.6. Terms of Reference.

5. In the absence of grounds for exclusion, the Ordering Party will call Contractors whose offers will be evaluated as the most advantageous, to submit within the prescribed period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as at the date of submission, appropriate declarations or a dockment confirming the lack of grounds for exclusion from the proceedings, referred to in par. 5 points 1-9 of the Regulation on the types of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor in the proceedings for the award of the contract and indicated in the ToR.
