"Geological supervision - framework contract"

3.2 The object of the contract is to provide a service consisting in the execution of the site geological supervision providing persons supervision geologists authorized to perform activities in the mining plant operations and knowledge, skills and experience to geologicdrilling service. Detailed guidelines are available in the technical requirements attached to the subject SIWZ.

3.2. The subject of the order is the performance of the service consisting in the execution of the geological supervision service providing the personal supervision geologists with the authorization to perform activities in the mining plant operation and knowledge, skills and experiencefor geological drilling services. Particular guidelines are available in the technical requirements attached to the subject ToR.

The subject of the orders can be performed under the supervision of the Principal in: - hydrogen sulphide hazard zone, - anomalously high deposit pressure gradients,

- under high temperature conditions,

- under conditions of possible inflows reservoir fluids (including magnesium brinesch),

- in conditions of reduced reservoir pressure and pore pressure, as well as in directional and horizontal bores.

Employer does not specify the condition of participation in the Contractor's proceedings, within 3 days from the day the Employer places information on the website, referred to in Art. 86 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, will provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-membership to the samecapital group referred to in art. 24 sec. 11 of the Public Procurement Law. In the situation of belonging to the same capital group, the Contractor together with the submission of a statement may provide evidence that links with another Contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure. Under the offer binding period, two months should be understood as 60 days.

3. Offer with attachments WThe contractor submits via the Electronic Communications Module with Suppliers of PGNiG SA

4. The contents of the offer are the documents listed in point 12.6. Terms of Reference.

5. In the absence of grounds for exclusion, the Ordering Party will call Contractors whose offers will be assessed as the most advantageous, to submit within the prescribed period, not shorter than 10 days, valid as at the date of submission, appropriate declarations orarguments confirming the lack of grounds for exclusion from the proceedings, referred to in par. 5 points 1-9 of the Regulation on the types of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor in the proceedings for the award of the contract and indicated in the ToR.
