Operational supervision call services for drilling, workover, mining and rigging sites CIG: 763377780F.

Supervision services of drilling sites, workovers and mining closures ensuring, through the professional figures of:

Main Site: National territory.

They are the subject of the contract:

- the supervisory servicesof drilling sites, workovers and mining closures (prevalent activity)

- drilling engineering services-of the activity respecting:

- the provisions of the contract, in compliance with the requirements established by the Health, Safety and Quality Policy document, with the customer's manuals and procedures, with the international technical standards recognized in the oil field (regulations API, ISO, etc.),

- of the laws and regulations in force on the national territory,

- of the ambient requirementswings provided for by the legislation on the protection of the environment, the requirements on the safety of workers and health protection and in accordance with the Italian legislation in force concerning mining (Legislative Decree 624/96), on safety at work (D .Lgs. 81/08) and of Seveso III directive (Legislative decree 105/15). Specifically, the contractor will have to:

- take direct responsibility as an active part-in securing the safety of a well in an emergency situation, in coordination with the drilling contractor and other service companies and as technical support to the supervisor and the director in charge of managing emergencies,

- have a qualified staff of resources to manage at least n. 2 rig in simultaneous operation,

- if requested by the client, operate ason behalf of STOGIT S.p.A. through the figures of e,

- Ensure the timely follow-up reporting of the activities and manage correspondence with the client,

- ensure the compilation of daily reporting on site by using the application, which will be made available on hardware infrastructure by the client.

The figures of,, must be in possessionof the well control certification (IWCF) being validated during the activities.

The roles and responsibilities of the contractor in the management of emergencies will be defined in the documents of the site, in and in the DSSC, provided subsequently. organizational request to the successful tenderer includes site supervision for both well-activity activitiestions (drilling, completion, workover and mining closure) for operational geology activities.

In particular, for drilling sites (including side-track) and completion must be present:

The operational structureative, the type of supervision and the amount of resources to be used, required to the contractor for the execution of the services, may vary depending on the operational phase of the use of the drilling rig. discontinuous character according to the client's needs; in these periods no services will be provided by deThe contractor will not be recognized availability rates. Competitors must be registered in at least one of the commercial or professional registers referred to in art. 83 and all. XVI of Legislative Decree 50/2016 for activities coinciding with the subject of this contract.

Participation requests that do not comply with the mandatory requirements of the following paragraphs will not be admitted to the tender. and not accompanied by the relevant documentation required.

They will be accepted exclusivelyrequests for participation accompanied by the documentation requested in the form attached to the documentation accompanying this announcement.

All documentation must be drawn up on the letterhead of the economic operator pursuant to art. 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000, signed by the legal representative (or person with the necessary powers) and accompanied by a copy ofto a valid identity document of the underwriter. The certificates must be presented in original or copy declared conform to the original in accordance with and for the purposes of articles 19 and 47 of the D.P.R. 445 / 2000.

The production of false declarations / certifications is the cause of exclusion from the tender procedure.

Only the requisites will be acceptedand participation accompanied by the documentation and declarations requested below.

The requested declarations must be provided exclusively by completing the form X made available as specified in section VI).

All documentation must be drawn up on headed paper of the economic operator pursuant to art. 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000, undersigneditta from the legal representative (or person with the necessary powers) and accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document of the underwriter.

The required certificates must be presented in original or copy declared conform to the original in accordance for the purposes of articles 19 and 47 of the Presidential Decree 445 / 2000.

Constitutes grounds for exclusion from the proceIt is difficult for the production of false declarations / certifications.

In this phase, unless otherwise stated, the candidate must only complete the form X made available as specified in section VI) without producing additional documentation with respect to the one requested. supplement necessary for the continuation of the tender procedure will be required-and analyzed later.

In the case of a temporary grouping of companies, the average annual turnover referred to above must be owned by the RTI as a whole. for the temporary grouping of companies a copy of the financial statements deposited by all the companies must be providedthe grouping.
