Assignment of the service of collective transport of disabled people to the rehabilitation centers in the Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and similar services present in the Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and similar servicesby the Territorial Union Inter-communal social service of the Municipalities of the Friuli Central Region, including the Municipalities of Campoformido, Martignacco, Pagnacco, Pasian di Prato, Pavia of Udine, Pozzuolo del Friuli, Pradamano, Tavagnacco, Udine.

Main Site: Territorial area of Central Friuli, consisting of the Municipalities of Campoformido, Martignacco, Pagnacco, Pasian di Prato, Paviin Udine, Pozzuolo del Friuli, Pradamano, Tavagnacco and Udine.

Object of the contract and awarding the service of collective transport of disabled people to rehabilitation centers in the Autonomous Region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia and similar services (from here to forward, respectively, e) by UTI Friuli Centrale - Social Service of the Municipalities (SSC).

Recipients of the service of trcollective takeaway are people, adults or minors, disabled people with physical and / or sensorial and / or mental impairments who need rehabilitation courses, in possession of the certification referred to in art. 3, c. 3, of Law 104/1992. In relation to any similar transport services requested, the recipients are persons, including minors, taken in charge and reported by the SSC. I sServices are aimed at people residing in the SSC. The recipients are transported on suitable means also for the transport of people with aids, from the home or from another point agreed at four rehabilitation centers (Pasian di Prato and San Vito al Tagliamento, Santa Maria dei Colli di Fraelacco-Tricesimo and Comunita Piergiorgio of Udine) regarding the transportation service collettive, at 2 schools (primary school of Udine and primary school of Pasian di Prato) for similar services.

The general purpose of the collective transport service and the facilitation of the continuation of the rehabilitation process of disabled people, as well as the promotion of individual autonomy of disabled people and support for families who have alinternal disabled people. The analogous services are aimed at guaranteeing the transport of persons, even minors, in the context of specific projects for which the SSC is the owner and in the context of a personalized project for taking charge. The collective transport service is carried out throughout the period of opening of rehabilitation centers, corresponding to therapeutic activity-rrefurbishments provided for users, which take place from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays, weekday closing days, usually coinciding with school calendar holidays, and the period of closure of facilities during the summer, usually coinciding with the month of August. Similar services are currently carried out four days a week in 2 shifts (moonsdi-wednesday and tuesday-thursday), normally from october to may.

While similar services are activated on the recommendation of the social worker, the collective transport service is subject to an individual request by the families / beneficiaries: a Following an investigation into the requirements for admission to the service, the SSC approves a list of beneficiaries and notifies the company forthe definition of the routes and the individual departure / arrival times, which are communicated to the beneficiaries before starting the service. In the event of changes to the list of beneficiaries, routes and / or timetables, the SSC and the company are connected in writing.

All the subjects of referred to in art. 45of the Code in possession of the following requisites:

A) general requirements;

A1) non-existence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

A2) non-existence of the causes of incompatibility pursuant to art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001;

B) professional suitability requirements pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 1, letter a), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

B1) registration pfor activities related to the subject of this contract to the C.C.I.A.A. of the Province in which the company has its registered office or another equivalent body according to the legislation of the State of origin or to the register of provincial commissions for crafts, and in any case any registration in registers or registers if required by the legislation in force for the exercise by part of thecompetitor of the activity subject of the procedure; in the case of a multi-subject participant, the requirement must be possessed by each individual company, in the case of a consortium both by the consortium and by the individual consortium members; the competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, c. 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, presents sworn or second declarationthe procedures in force in the State in which it is established;

B2) possession of the authorizations / licenses indicated in the tender documents;

C) economic and financial capacity requirements pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 1, letter b), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments indicated in the tender documents;

D) technical and professional capacity requirements pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 1, letter c), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendmentsstated in the tender documents.
