Social Services in a Center for Social Work Care and Assistance (hereinafter referred to as the CIA), to carry out their activity within the Alba Countyfor the residential protection of a maximum of 30 adults with disabilities, for whom a special protection measure has been established by the Commission for Evaluation of the Alba Handicapped Persons, according to the provisions of art. 2, art. 5, art. 17 of H.G. 430/2008 and the Quality Standard, Annex 1 to Order 67 / 2015.

Service Provisionin a Care and Assistance Center (hereinafter referred to as the CIA), to carry out their activity within the Alba County, for the residential protection of a maximum of 30 adult adults with disabilities, for whom a a special protection measure by the Commission for the Evaluation of Adult Disabled Alba, in accordance with the provisionsthem art. 2, art. 5, art. 17 of H.G. 430/2008 and the Quality Standard, Annex 1 to Order 67 / 2015.

All the specifications regarding the qualitative and quantitative specifications are found in the Tender Specifications. The offer will be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.

Deadline for receipt of clarification requests: maximum 15 working days before the submission deadlinemolluscs. Deadline for submitting the response to clarification requests: The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests / additional information within 10 days before the deadline set for submitting bids.

Subsequent contracts will be concluded on a semi-annual basis, in depending on the funds. Estimated contract award calendarSequences: - - CS 1 November December 2018,

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations provided in art. 60, art. 164, art. 165, art. 167 of Law 98/2016 on needlepublic excitement. Only the DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completionevaluation of tenders.
