The target is the North Karelia Social and Health Services Municipal Federation ( Family Support and Early Childhood Assistance Services for Children under the age of 18 in Siun Sote)and letting their families shake off the customers in the out-of-stock service for the contract period (target) 1 May 2014 30.4.2021 possible option periods one (1) one (1) year. The residents of the municipality of Tohmajavere may be covered by the agreement from 1.1.2020 and the inhabitants of Raeaekkylae municipality no earlier than 1.1.2021.
