Implementation of the control plan by uprooting jussie on the territory of the SMCA - campaign 2020.

Main Site: Territory of the downstream Charente.

The market includes:

- coordination, monitoring and cartographic reporting of the pruprooting estates 2020. Indeed, this approach is carried out in collaboration with the regional observatory on invasive plants (Orenva). As such, it requires compliance with a precise monitoring methodology,

- grubbing-up and elimination of uprooted products in compliance with the specifications,

- monitoring of the grubbing-up campaign by means of indicators,

- the definitionof the 2021 program, following the assessment of the grubbing-up campaign and the observations made on site.

The consultation was carried out in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement to purchase orders will be concluded without minimum amount of orders, nor maximum amount.
