Contract description:

Additional cleaning service to be carried out in the Municipality areaof Pesaro with the procedure

The services that make up the subject of this contract are summarized as follows:

- main service also in economic terms pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/2016: execution of street cleaning service, sidewalks and foliage docks, dirt debris and / or mud, cleaning of weeds in the streets, sidewalks, cycling tracksskilled and various appurtenances, with the modality, all as per the special tender specifications (CSA) and service project, to which reference should be made with reference,

- secondary service pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 50/2016: there are no secondary benefits.

The parts of the service that will be performed by the individual economic operators gathered or consortium members must be specified.

The contract will have aduration of 2 (two) years, with renewal option under the same economic-contractual conditions, as the client`s faculty, for a further 1 (one) annual period.

The presumed amount of the contract, calculated as the maximum amountor estimated on a tender basis for the contractual period of 2 (two) years, is set at EUR 360 088.00 (three hundred and sixty thousand eighty-eight / 00 (there are no security charges not subject to discount), plus VAT. :

- declaration of absence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to article 80, paragraphs 1, 2, 4 and 5, Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- declaration of professional requirements pursuant to article 83, paragraph 1lett. a) Legislative Decree 50/2016 that is:

—— (for companies referred to in Article 2, paragraph 1, letter p) and paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 112/2017) entry in the Chamber register Trade, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture (or, if necessary, registration in the special section of the National Register of Cooperative Societies) for activities similar to those of the tender; for these economic operators it must be declaredalso the existence of the requisites indicated in the same decree for the existence of the status of social enterprise,

—— (for the Social Coop.) registration in the regional Register of social cooperatives of type b) pursuant to art. 9, paragraph 1, Law 381/1991,

(for companies having their registered office in another EU country, the aforementioned registration must result from a special document attesting the officene in a similar professional or commercial register according to the legislation of the State of origin),

- declaration of registration in the National register of environmental managers pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/06, as follows:

Category 1 (collection and transport of urban waste ), Class C (less than 100 000 inhabitants and greater than or equal to 50 000 inhabitants) or higher,

Or, alternatively, all of the following:

a) categoria 1, subcategory D1 (Sub-category: separate collection, bulky waste and multi-material collection) Class C (less than 100 000 inhabitants and more than or equal to 50 000 inhabitants);

b) category 1, sub-category D6 (sub-category: collection and transport of wastes lying on urban and extra-urban areas and highways and highways as per article 184, paragraph 2, letter d) of Legislative Decree 152/06) Class F "(referred to in Article 32 CSA,

- provisional security (see below point II.2.14),

- receipt of payment of ANAC contributions,

- PassOE.

According to Article 83, paragraph 1, letter b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, economic operators must possess adequate economic and financial capacity Means of proof, pursuant to art. XVII pt I D.Lgs. 50/2016 are the original bank statements. The minimum levels of capacity required, and specified above, must result from these means of testing. The requirements, taking into account the ANAC resolution n. 183/2007, are dimensioned on the certain amount of the contract, that is relative to the first 2 years.
