Supply and delivery of chemicals

Reference Number: 2018-EXP-0021

Supply of chemicals for all drinking water and sanitation stations. Market form: has purchase orders with no minimum or maximum. Award of a framework agreement for each lot. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 3 000 000.

L1. - information on compliance with the employment obligation mentioned in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code, - declaration of honor to justify that the candidate does not go to in none of the cases of prohibition to tender.

The application is presented either in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (freely available on the site www.economie.gouv.fr), or under the formof a Single European Market Document (DUME). Electronic transmission of envelopes is required for this consultation. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer's profile. However, the transmission of documents on an electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, USB key ...) bornt not allowed. The choice of mode of transmission is global and irreversible. Applicants must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is (GMT 01:00) Paris, Brussels, CopEnhague, Madrid. The bend will be considered if the download ends after the expected date and time. If a new letter is sent electronically by the same candidate, the same candidate cancels and replaces the previous letter. The fold can be duplicated by a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical support (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, USB key) or on paper supportr. This copy must be placed in a fold bearing the mention, as well as the name of the candidate and the identification of the procedure concerned. It is opened in the following cases:

- when a malicious computer program is detected in the electronically transmitted mail,

- when the electronic mail is received incomplete, out of time or could not be opened, provided that hisnssmission has started before the closing of the bids.

The electronic signature of the documents is not required as part of this consultation. No electronic format is recommended for the transmission of documents. However, the files will have to be transmitted in widely available formats. Electronic formats in which documents can be transmittedthe following: after award, the electronic tender selected will be converted into a paper offer to give rise to the handwritten signature of the framework agreement by the parties. The costs of access to the network and recourse to the electronic signature are the responsibility of the candidates. Number of the consultation: 2018-exp-0021.
