1.2) Procedural details - financing

1.2.1) Type of procedure

1.2.1.1)the appointment of an economic operator (contractor), a competitive process will be conducted with the negotiation and conclusion of a 4-year framework agreement, with 1 economic entity per division (destination), in accordance with articles 29 and 39 of Law 4412/16 (Government Gazette A142 ), 1.2.1.2) the duration of the framework agreement (SP) is four (4) years and commences on the date of its signature.contracts will be concluded within the first two months of each calendar year, for the claims of the respective current calendar year, except for the first performance contract to be signed, to cover the receipts (ticketing) of the time period, immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
