Purchase of supplies for the maintenance of drinking water networks of the Community of Vesoul

This consultation concerns the purchase of supplies for the maintenance of water networks drinking water from the Cav. This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the order codePublic. This consultation will be carried out in application of articles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code relating to framework agreements. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. The services are divided into 3 lots designated below:

Pipes and associated parts - fire hydrants.
