On-call service for drinking water and sanitation services

It s is a mixed public market. Part of the services are provided in the form of an ordinary contract by applying a fixed price. The other partservices are provided in the form of a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162 -14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders on the basis of unit prices. The public market is broken down into 3 geographic lots.

1) on-call drinking water service: management of astrtype telegestion and contact subscribers from Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. as well as the weekend, namely from Friday 4:00 p.m. to Monday 7:30 a.m. and public holidays;

2) on-call sanitation service: management of telegestion and contact type subscribers from Monday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. as well as the weekend, namely from Friday 4:00 p.m. to Monday 7:30 a.m. and public holidays;

3) on-call workx drinking water: management of emergency interventions (leakage of network breakdowns, etc.) and related repairs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week;

4) on-call sanitation works: management of emergency interventions (network breakdowns, blockages, overflows, etc.) and related repairs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
