Purchase of laundry services. : "Bagdasar-Arseni" Emergency Clinical Hospital.

The contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement for the provision of spa servicestravel, for 48 months.

The minimum and maximum quantities estimated for 48 months are as follows:

1) laundry services soft inventory maximum quantity agreement 1 200 000 kg; minimum amount of frame agreement 1 008 000 kg;

2) laundry services equipment working maximum quantity of frame agreement 960 000 pcs .; minimum amount of framework agreement 864 000 pcs.

Bidders, third party supporters and subthe contractors must not find themselves in the situations provided in art. 59, 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement.

1) Statement regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59, 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement. Declaration regarding the non-compliance with the provisions of art. 59 and 60 will be attached to the SICAP with the DUAE.

Method of fulfillmentthrough which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents will be requested by the contracting authority only to the tenderer ranked in the first place in the intermediate ranking, after the completion of the evaluation of the offers. (art. 173 of Law 98/2016).

Incaccession in the situations provided in art. 59, 60, 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding the public procurement attracts the exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure applied for awarding the framework agreement for public procurement.

Fulfillment mode by which the requirement can be demonstrated: DUAE will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents will be requested by the contracting authority only to the bidder clavillage on the first place in the intermediate ranking, after completing the evaluation of the offers [art. 196 paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016 and art. 132 of H.G. 395/2016]. According to the provisions of art. 193 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will accept within the DUAE offers instead of the requested documents in order to prove the qualification requirements, as a preliminary proof;

3) The criminal record has been operatedeconomic time and the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive act.

Fulfillment mode by which the requirement can be demonstrated: DUAE will be completed byeconomic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE or in the case of foreign bidders, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence will be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked first in the rankingthe intermediary after the finalization of the evaluation of the offers [art. 196 paragraph (2) of Law 98/2016 and art. 132 of H.G. 395/2016].

For the efficient use of apublic funds, if for the services covered by this procedure a contract / framework agreement is concluded as a result of a centralized procurement and if the prices resulting from the centralized acquisition are lower than those resulting from the procedure of the contracting authority, the latter reserves the right to to unilaterally denounce the contract, and to purchase the services from athe economic operator designated as a winner by the centralized purchasing unit. The denunciation will operate on the basis of art. 1276 C. civ.
