The services to be provided are:" Washing, disinfection, drying and liming services of the Satu Mare Emergency County Hospital "according to the requirements of the Tender Specifications .

Requirement 1:

The bidders (associates, subcontractors, supportive third parties) must not find themselves in the situations provided by art.164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated:
