The subject of the public procurement covers activities such as washing, disinfection, dry cleaning, rinsing, drying and ironing of linen and bedding, which include: receiving, washing, disinfecting, chemically purerinsing, rinsing, drying, ironing, packing and transport to the following social services:

Main Site: Sofia, the addresses of the respective social services are mentioned in the documentation for participation.

The activities for washing, disinfection, dry cleaning, rinsing, drying and ironing of bed linen and bedding include: receiving, washing, disinfection, rinsing, drying, ironing, packing and transport to the appropriate social service.

12 months' estimated washable volume:

1. Old House "Longleigh" - 15, 700 kg;

2 - House for adults with mental retardation "- 15, 250 kg; Center for Temporary Accommodation "St. Dimitar" - 2 900 kg;

4 "Temporary accommodation center" "Hagia Sofia" - 2 400 kg; Time Center"Sveti Georgi" - 2, 500 kg;

6th Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration "Podkrepa" - 450 kg; Home for adults with physical disabilities - Military-disabled home "Elena and Nikola Ivanov" - 1, 500 kg;

8 Homes for adults with sensory disorders - 500 kg

The assortment of laundry articles includes: bed sheet upper and upper, pillowcase, lighter blanket, blanket, tablecloths, towelstowels, curtains, curtains.

Note: The amounts quoted are estimated and do not give rise to an obligation to fill in full. The actual execution of the public procurement is determined on the basis of the real needs.

The participant must have a washing machine, entered in the Register for sites with public use under Art. 36, para. 3 of the Health Act.

As proof of execution of the lawthe tenderer shall provide (state) in Part IV, letter A of EEDOP information on the existence of a public utility site - laundry, indicating the registration number of the site in the Register under Article 36, Paragraph 3 of the Health Act. No requirements shall be imposed for the participants in the procedure shall not have the reasons for the removal referred to in Article 54 (1) (1) (2) (3) (4), item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants should not be subject to the prohibitions set out in Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, as well as Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and for Removing Illegal Offensesacquired property. The absence of circumstances relating to the national grounds for exclusion is declared in the EEDOP in the box "Applicable to specific national grounds for exclusion" The "no" answer applies to all circumstances. In response to "yes", the person should indicate the specific circumstance and any measures of reliability that may be taken.are:

- convictions for crimes under Art. 194-208, Art. 213a-217, Art. 219-252 and Art. 254a-255a and Art. 256-260 of the Criminal Code (Article 54, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act), - violations under Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 of the Labor Code (Article 54, paragraph 1, item 6 of the Public Procurement Act), - violations under Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act in force on 23 May 2018 (Article 54, paragraph. 1, item 6 of the Public Procurement Act), - presence of connectivity within the meaning of par. 2, item 45 of the PP of the Public Procurement Act between candidates / participants in a particular procedure (Article 107, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act), - presence of circumstance under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners,

- circumstanceunder Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and for Removing the Acquired Assets.

The performance guarantee is 5% of the estimated value of the contract without VAT included. The release of the guarantee is in accordance with the draft contract
