Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate

Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a company register, professional register, or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Sufficient economic and financial standing to fulfil the contract is required. Minimum credit rating A (credit worthy).

Due to the contract's extent and complexity, tenderers are required to have an annual turnover of minimum 6 000 000 NOK cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 16-3.

Documentation requirement: The Contracting Authority will carry out an assessment of finances through the company and the accounting information system Bisnode Credit AS (www.soliditet.no).

Tenderers are asked to submit other information they believe is relevant. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information on the tenderer's finances.

Akershus, 0stfold og Buskerud fylkeskommune [county municipality] shall merge with Viken fylkeskommune [county municipality] from 1.1.2020.

The contract must be able to be transferred to the new legal entity, Viken County. No consent is required from the tenderer. The contract will continue on the same terms as stated in the competition terms for this contract.
