The value of the framework agreement is between RON 3 360 000 and RON 4 452 000, which corresponds to a minimum of 960 000 kg and-1 272 000 kg.

The value of the framework agreement is between RON 3 360 000 and a maximum of RON 4 452 000, which corresponds to quantities ranging from a minimum of 960 000 kg to 1 272 000 kg.

Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract is expected to be awarded over the duration of the framework agreement: between at least RON 1 680 000 and a maximum of RON 2 226 000.

Frequencyand the value of the contracts to be awarded: the contracts subsequent to the framework agreement will be concluded monthly, at the beginning of each year until the approval of the Revenue and Expenses Budget of S.CJ.U. Constanta and maximum for a period of nine (nine) months after the approval of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Deadline until which clarifications may be requested in the awarding documentation:17 days before the deadline for submitting bids. In accordance with Art. 161 of Law 98/2016, the contracting authority will clearly and completely answer the clarification requests / additional information regarding the awarding documentation on the 10th day before the deadline set for submitting the bids in the tender notice. fulfillingof the following minimum qualification requirements: • Tenderers, supporting third parties (if applicable) and subcontractors (if any) should not find themselves in the situations referred to in art. 164, 165, 167 and 60 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The way in which the fulfillment of the personal situation requirements can be demonstrated: the DUAE will be filled in by the bidders, subcontractors, third partieswhere appropriate, with the information relating to their situation. The declaration according to art. 60 of Law 98/2016 (from the Forms section) will be completed and filed by all participants in the procedure with the submission of the DUAE. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tendereris the 1st place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the end of the evaluation of the bids.
