Building Complex Waaghof, BKP 235 Replacement Video Surveillance System

The existing video surveillance system at the Waaghof Prison has reached the end of its lifecycle and needs to be replaced. Thus, the plant is brought up to the latest state of the art.

The existing video surveillance system at the prison Waaghof is at the end of the Lecycle and needs to be replaced. Thus, the plant is brought up to the latest state of the art.

Proof of a comparable reference order of the offering company already running, which was mostly carried out with own employees and fulfills the following criteria:

Execution period: executed in the last 5 years

Benefitscope of supply: order value approx. CHF 100, 000

Type of service: The scope, complexity and technical requirements of the reference system largely correspond to the requirements of the tendered system (connection EMA, BMA, GSA, and Integration SLS).

Benchmark data of the reference system

- Number of cameras ( 100),

- Recording of all camera signals,

- Camera network supervised by the installer (registered association in Zusammwork with the IT service provider),

- number of recording servers / HDD capacity (at least 3 servers with 24TB HDD capacity and hardware RAID controller),

- information on the number of connected workstations and monitors (at least 2 workstations),

- the implementation and configuration of the video management software was ensured by our own personnel.

The required reference system should aus an object with comparable security requirements. For example, in the area of police, judiciary, correctional facilities, military, nuclear power plants.

Submissions are not permitted.

Remedies: within 10 days of publication in the Canton Basel-Stadt Canton, administrative court Basel-Stadt, Baeumleingasse 1, 4051 Basel, Schriftbe submitted. The recursive letter must contain an application and its reason. The contested decision must be attached. The evidence must be specified and as far as possible enclosed.

Final date / Remarks: All offers must be completed in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Offer: Waaghof building complex, BKP 235 Substitute Video Surveillance Systems "must be submitted to the Cantonal Office for Public Procurement at the latest by the specified submission deadline (date / time) All documents must be submitted in hard copy and on a mobile data carrier (CD / DVD, USB stick, etc.) can be sent by post to the Cantonal Office of Public Procurement-(Date of postmark not decisive) or weekdays from 8.00-12.15 and 13.15-17.00 (Fridays to 16.00) in the customer center of the building and traffic department are handed down on the ground floor. Suppliers are entitled to be present at the opening of the offers directly after the deadline for submission in the meeting room 13 on the ground floor.

A limited inspection of the localities is only possible after arrangement of the place of need for safety and data protection reasons. Providing companies and persons who have not carried out any orders for the JSD, or in the last 3 years, especially in the building complex Waaghof, need a security for the ascenteberpruefung.
