The provision of sanitary-veterinary services provided in the annual Strategic Program approved by the CSVA Braesti, Manoleasa, Mitoc, Nicseni, Suharau, Varfu Campului, Vorniceni, Vorona.

Veterinary services provided in the approved Strategic Programl. Tenderers, third parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations provided for in art. 164, 165, 167, 59 60 of Law no. 98/2016. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with information related to their situation. They will deposit with the DUAE the following documents: The firm's firm commitment to the third party, resulting in the actual manner in which its support, subcontracting agreement and / or association agreement will materialize, as the case may be.

The failure to do so together with the DUAE is the basis for requesting clarification of any inadvertent the form of the information contained in the DUAE sections of the tenderer / candidate, -as well as of the subcontractor / third party, which is necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the award procedure. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked 1st in the interim ranking completed at the completionevaluation of tenders. These documents may be:

1) certificates of absence of overdue debts in respect of the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc), 2) the criminal record of the economic operator and to the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic or financial operator-those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act; 3) as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement; 4) other edifas the case may be.

All documents will have, besides the signature, clearly mentioned the full name of the signatory. The documents issued by the competent authorities shall be valid at the time of the submission.

The persons holding decision-making positions within the contracting authority involved in the procedure:

1) Vasiliu Minodora - Executive Director; 2) Airimitoaiei Ovidiu -3) Cosman Elena - Chief of Economic and Administrative Service; 4) Alexa Dorica - Legal Advisor; 5) Hasnas Niculina - CFP visa; 6) Iordachianu Nadia Iulia - Head of Office Budget, Finance, submitting a bid must prove a form of registration under the law of the country of residence, that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is notnone of the situations of cancellation of the establishment, as well as the fact that it has the professional capacity to perform the activities that are the object of the contract. The way in which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure, with information related to their situation. The supporting documents that prove elsewherethe fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the DUAE, respectively the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC or, in the case of foreign tenderers, equivalent documents issued in the country of residence shall be submitted at the request of the contracting authority only by the tenderer ranked 1st in the interim ranking completion of bid evaluation.

Annual average turnover per last-2 years (2016, 2017) must be at least:

- 40, 000 RON for Lot 1,

- 90, 000 RON for Lot 2,

- 63, 000 RON for Lot 3,

- 59, 000 RON for Lot 4,

- RON 74, 000 for Lot 5,

- 48, 000 RON for Lot 6,

- 108, 000 RON for Lot 7,

- 82, 000 RON for Lot 8 - to the extent that the information is available. The contracting authority has an obligation to consider and givewhere the economic operator has been set up.

In case of equality between two or more tenderers of the economic operators participating in the procedure, the contracting authority will request new financial proposals through SEAP.
