The buyer accepts that the candidate presents its application in the form of a single European market document drawn up in accordance with the model fixed by European Commission regulations 2016/7, in place of the documents mentioned in article R. 2143-3 of the public procurement code. The contracting authority does not provide DUME Buyer candidates. This means that candidates must fill in the 1 part of the ESPD concerning the information relating to the procedure.
