This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-i.1 and 67 to 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. This consultation will be carried out in application of article 78 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the accords framework. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum and an economic operator.
Annual minimum amount: 15 000 EUR (HT).
Maximum annual amount: 60 000 EUR (HT).
These amounts are identical for the renewal periods.
Applicants must use forms DC1 (application letter) and DC2 (candidate's declaration) or the single European market documentn (DUME) to submit their application. These documents are freely available on the website www.economie.gouv.fr

The information as provided in article 48-i-1 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016:

The conditions for the assessment of candidates are indicated in the consultation rules.
