March for the revision of air conditioning of CTS buses

This framework agreement and the purchase orders which will be concluded on its basis relate to the service of revision and repair of air conditioning of CTS buses.

. - a Kbis extract of less than 3 months, or a certificate of registration in the professional register issued by the competent authority under the conditions provided for by the legislation of the Member State where the candidate is established, or a certified true copy,

- documents relating to the powers of the person empowered to initiatecompany,

- a declaration on honor duly dated and signed certifying that the candidate does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-11 and R. 2143-3 of the order code public, and in particular that it is in good standing with regard to its obligations referred to in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code concerning the employment of disabled workers,

- if the candidat the time of receivership, he will have to produce in support of his candidacy the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced.

- declaration on the overall turnover and the turnover concerning the services subject to the framework agreement carried out during the last 3 financial years,

- balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets, for the last 3 years,

- a declaration indicating the workforces annual means of the candidate and the size of the supervisory staff for each of the last 3 years,

- the certificates according to which the service provider is in good standing with its obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions, taxes and fees dating of less than 6 months, or, failing this, a declaration on the honor that the candidate has satisfied his social obligations etax during the last 6 months, certificates required in case of contract award,

- appropriate declaration from banks or proof of insurance for professional risks relevant to the subject of the contract.

The contract is passed according to a procedure with negotiation of European competition in application of articles L. 2124-3, R. 2161-21, R. 2161-22 and R. 2161-23of the public procurement code. The deadline for submission of requests to participate in section IV.2.2) of the notice corresponds to the deadline for submission of applications. To justify their professional, technical and financial capacities, the candidate, even if it is a group, may request that professional, technical capacities also be taken into account.financial and other economic operators, regardless of the legal nature of the links existing between them and him. In this case, he must justify the capacities of this or these economic operators and the fact that he will have them for the execution of the market. Applications which do not present the professional, technical and financial guarantees necessary for the execution of themarket, assessed in terms of the elements requested will be eliminated. In the event of a group or use of a subcontractor, the candidate must provide a letter of application comprising the name, signature and description of the roles of each of the subcontractors or members of the group. The candidate will also transmit for each of them all the information indicated in the sections.of this contract notice to justify their professional, technical, economic and financial capacities.
