1. Declaration regarding the non-compliance with the provisions of Art. 59, 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement. The declaration regarding the non-compliance with the provisions of Art. 59, 60 will be attached in the SICAP with the DUAE.

Modalityof fulfillment by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated:

The supporting documents will be requested by the contracting authority only to the bidders ranked on the first 3 places in the intermediate ranking after the completion of the evaluation of the bids (art.173 ofin Law 98/2016)

Compliance by which the requirement can be demonstrated:
