Bidders, third parties and subcontractors should not be foundin the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016. The means by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be submitted at the request of the authoritycontracting parties, only by the tenderers placed on the first 3 places only at the request of the contracting authority until the evaluation of the tenders is completed. These documents are: certificates of absence of overdue debts at the time of their submission regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.). The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a form of registration in accordance with the law of the country of residence, that the economic operator is legally constituted, that he is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and that he has the professional capacity to carry out the activities that are subject to controf the act.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: it will be completed by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE, respectively the certificate issued by the ONRC or, in the case of the foreign bidders, equivalent documentsin the country of residence, are to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderers placed on the first three places, only at the request of the contracting authority until the evaluation of the tenders is finalized

- Authorization ofproduct radiological safety issued by CNCAN, according to art. 15, 16, 17 of the Radiological Safety Norms - Authorization Procedures (NSR-03), approved by CNCAN Order no. 366 from 22.9.2001 and published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 764 bis of 30.11.2001 and art. 57 of the Radiological Safety Fundamental Norms were approved by the CNCAN President's Order no. 14 / 01.24.2000and published in the Official Gazette of Romania Part I no. 404 bis / 29.8.2000 (NSR-14) - completion of the DUAE, and only if the tendering documents are submitted by the tenderers placed on the first 3 places only at the request of the contracting authority until the evaluation of the tenders is completed, at the request of the contracting authority upon completion evaluation of offers,
