The subject of the public contract is the supply of vaccine supplements according to the Decree. No. 537/2006 Coll. on vaccination against infectious diseases in the valid wording within the meaning of - 2 para. 1, pism. e) for vaccinations at the request of individuals (adults and children) wishing to be vaccinated against infections for which the vaccine is intended (in addition to above standard vaccinations)

The subject of the public contract is the supply of vaccine substances according to Decree no. No. 537/2006 Coll. on vaccination against infectious diseases in the valid wording within the meaning of - 2 fromst. 1, pism. (e) for vaccinations at the request of individuals (both adults and children) wishing to be vaccinated against infections for which the vaccine is intended (in addition to above standard vaccinations) or extraordinary vaccinations, if announced. in the volume according to the anticipated needs of individual workplaces of the client, in the term within 3 working days from thein addition, in case of acute need also based on telephone order. Consumption in the expected quantity is not guaranteed. Compliance includes information about vaccines, transport to the place of filling, packing, insurance for insurance of goods during transport, customs and tax charges.of the Commercial Register or other similar records, if other legal regulation requires entry in such records.b) Further supplier according to - 77, paragraph 2 letter. (c) the law proves the fulfillment of professional competence by submitting proof that they are professionally caused or possessed by a person through whom it provides professional competence. The supplier shall submit a license for distribution of medicinal products in the Czech Republic in the sense ofAct No. 378/2007 Coll., on Pharmaceuticals and Decree No. 229/2008 Coll. on the manufacture and distribution of medicinal products or on the authorization to distribute medicinal products shall be issued by the competent body of another EU Member State. Permission to distribute medicinal products shall be submitted in Czech or in Czech translation.
