Begegnungshaus Stegen
For the citizens of the community of Stegen, low-cost housing is needed as well as care facilities and meeting facilities of the generations. Together with the association "Miteinander Stegen e. V. "developed and planned the community since 2012/13 the" meeting house ". Acquisition of undeveloped land and construction of two buildings as a "meeting house "The planned room concept and its use are as followsn:
Ground floor of the western building (house 1 / four storey): Network office: facility for counseling and assistance for Stegen residents.
Day care: elderly, ill and care-dependent people can be cared for there during the day; The day care is operated by outpatient nursing ZAK.
Ground floor of the eastern building (house 2 / three-storey): 2 care home groups.-Eight residents in each case, in particular dementia patients, live in a suitable apartment. Here the victims are supplied around the clock. The care home groups are run by the gGmbH Lebensraeume Stegen
upper floors in house 1 / four storey: barrier free condominiums and affordable rental apartments are planned, especially for seniors and families.
Upper floors in house 2/ three-storey: barrier-free affordable rental apartments are planned. Here, the community gets rights to occupy up to 5 rental apartments.
Upper floors House 1 and House 2: For both houses value was placed on the fact that a total of 25 smaller apartments arise, all of which have a separate living room and bedroom.
