The object of the contract is to perform the urban hygiene service and separate collection of solid urban and similar waste (door to door service) including transport and transfer to authorized recovery facilitiesor / treatment / disposal and supply of containers for separate collection. The specific services to be contracted are detailed in the special tender dossier.

Main Site: The service will be performed in the entire territory of the Municipality of Talana (NU), including inhabited areas, hamlets, extra-urban areas, agricultural centers, campaigns.

L'appaltohas as its object the performance of the urban hygiene service and separate collection of solid urban and similar waste (door-to-door service) including transport and delivery to authorized recovery / treatment / disposal plants and the supply of containers for separate collection . The specific services to be contracted are detailed in the Caspecial tender procedure.

The total contract value of the auction is EUR 347 038.67 of which EUR 34 703.87 for 10% VAT and EUR 3 300.00 for security charges - not subject to to discount - to implement the provisions of the DUVRI (Legislative Decree 81/2008 as amended).

Registration in the business register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture for active activitiesnon-compliant with the subject of this tender procedure.

Registration in the National Register of Environmental Managers (Legislative Decree 152/06) for the following categories:

- category 1: collection and transport of urban waste; class F less than 5 000 inhabitants,

- category 4: collection and transport of non-hazardous special waste; lower class F 3 000 t.

In accordance with art. 59, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 arebids that do not comply with the requirements set forth in the tender documents and any other legislative and regulatory provision applicable to the case as described in the tender regulations are considered irregular.

In accordance with art. 59, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, offers are considered inadmissible:

a) that were submitted later than the terms indicated in the bando or in the notice with which the tender is indicated;

b) in relation to which the judging commission deems the details for information to the public prosecutor for crimes of corruption or collusive phenomena exist;

c) that the contracting authority has judged abnormally low; d) who do not have the necessary qualifications;

e) whose price exceeds the amount set by the administrationawarding contracting authority, established and documented prior to the start of the tender procedure.

Increased bids, partial or conditional, are not admitted, on pain of exclusion.

The term of validity of the offer is fixed in months 6 from the deadline for the receipt of the offers.

The company awarded the contract is obliged to maintain the offer valid for the entire duration of the contractor including the periods of possible renewal - both for unit prices related to the service and for any new prices agreed for the performance of additional interventions and supplementary services.
