Collection, transport and disposal of solid urban waste, cleaning of municipal roads and management of the collection center.

Subjects eligible to participate in the competition all'art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in compliance with the provisions of articles 45, 47, 48 and the same norm, which meet the requirementsprescribed qualifications

Article 8.2 of the Disciplinary, consisting of:

a) economic operators with individual qualifications referred to in letters a) (individual entrepreneurs also artisans, commercial companies, cooperative societies), b) (consortia between cooperative societies and consortia between artisan companies), c) (stable consortia), of the art. 45, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

b) economic operators con multi-subjective qualification referred to in subparagraphs d) (temporary groupings of competitors), e) (ordinary consortia of competitors), f) (aggregations between the companies participating in the network contract, g) (European group of economic interest), art. 45, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, or companies that intend to meet or consortium pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 8, of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

c) operatedfinancial institutions based in other EU member states, under the conditions set out in art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and pursuant to art. 62 of Presidential Decree 207/2010, as well as of these Regulations The economic operators who declare the following conditions will be admitted to participate:

- Non-existence of the grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 Legislative Decree. 19.4.2016 n. 50.

Prevailing service:

a) Iscrito the Chamber of Commerce for business coinciding with that subject of this contract, as well, if cooperative or consortium, registration to the registers and registers required by current legislation;

b) Registration to the National Register of Environmental Managers pursuant to art. . 212 of Legislative Decree 152/06 for the following categories and minimum classes:

- category 1 - class E or higher,

- category 4 - classe F or higher,

- category 5 - class F or higher.

Detachable disposal service:

- Registration to the Chamber of Commerce for business coinciding with that subject of this contract, as well as, if cooperative or consortium, registration to registers and registers as provided for by the current legislation,

- subsistence of the competitor of a disposal plant entitlement, autorizfor the operation of all the operations necessary for the recovery / disposal of residual waste identified by the CER codes of the types of waste identified in the CSA (Article 15),

- possession of a valid certification of its environmental management system, in compliance to UNI EN ISO 14001: 2004, for activities related to the service in question, specifically related to the plantof disposal which will be used for all the operations to be carried out for the proper performance of the service covered by the Specifications.

The aforementioned unbundling service, and presumably calculated for an amount corresponding to 5% of the contract. Being therefore less than 30% of the tender amount, it can be entirely subcontracted pursuant to art. 105 of the Code, to a company such asTo this end, we specify that, as established in paragraph 6 of the art. 105, the economic operator wishing to resort to subcontracting must indicate, under penalty of exclusion, a set of potential subcontractors accompanied by the declarations pursuant to art. 80 and 83 of the Code, digitally signed, of all the economic operators indicated in the triad.

The participants must demonstrate the posseof the economic and financial capacity as an indicator of effective industrial operation through:

c) possession of a minimum annual turnover, relating to the 2015/2016/2017 financial years, for a total amount for each year at least equal to the contracted five-year contract value ( EUR 2 627 707.00).

In the case of temporary groupings or ordinary consortia, the demonstration of posof the economic and financial capacity must be submitted by all the companies belonging to the group or consortium.

In order to achieve the minimum requisite required, the agent must possess the requisites of economic and financial capacity for at least 60% of the amount required in point c) ; each of the principals must possess the minimum requirements referred to in point c) at least20%.

Deposits and guarantees required:

- Provisional security equal to 2% of the contract amount,

- Final deposit equal to 10% of the contract amount.

Amounts possibly reduced pursuant to art. 93, c. 7 of Legislative Decree 50 / 16.
