Marche on invitation to tender passes in application of Articles R. 2113-1 to -3, R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16 and -17, R. 2161-1 to -5, R. 2162-1 to -6 and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the code of the public order. The market consists of 2 technical lots namely:

Maintenance and repair of furniture on natural areas departmental. Minimum annual amount: EUR 5, 000 excluding tax, maximum annual amount: EUR 30, 000 excluding taxes.

DC1, the power of the person authorized to hire the applicant company, a summary note describing the characteristics of the grouping and nothe agent, co-contractor and subcontractor, if any.

DC2 (turnover of the last 3 years), a certificate of insurance in professional civil liability signed, mentioning: the period of validity, the nature of the guaranteed activities, the name of the company and the contract n. If the candidate can not provide a DC1 or DC2 attach a certificate on the honor date and sshowing the elements indicated in the form and a copy of the judgment (s) pronounced.

Selection criteria: complete administrative file, adequacy of economic, financial, technical and professional capacities with the subject of the contract. Condition of validity of the tender selected: pursuant to Articles R. 2143-6 to 12, R. 2143-15 and 16 and R. 2144-4 of the Code dethe public contract, the successful candidate will have to justify not being in one of the cases of prohibition to tender and produce within the 5 days following the request of the Departmental Council each of the following documents: the social certificates (Urssaf certificate or RSI, regular payment of paid vacation and unemployment insurance contributions, regularity of the employer`s situation with the regemployment tax of disabled workers) and tax (income tax, corporation tax, value added tax), an extract from the registration in the Commercial and Companies Register (K or K bis ) or the chamber of trades (D1) or otherwise, rules of equivalent effect for candidates not established in France (less than 6 months old), and in the event of judicial reorganizationcopy of the judgment (s) pronounced, as well as the documents provided for in Articles R. 1263-12, D. 8222-5 or D. 8222-7 or D. 8254-2 to D. 8254-5 of the Labor Code.
