Supply of fuels a la carte and in bulk

The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of fuels, small supplies and services for the maintenance of vehicles and the supply of bulk fuels for the Greater Reunion Seaport (GPMDLR).

The list ofurants concerned by the present consultation is the following:

- super unleaded fuel,

- diesel.

Lot 1: supply of fuel at the station:

- minimum annual amount: 25 000 EUR before tax,

- maximum annual amount: 55 000 EUR before tax,

- minimum amount over the total duration: 75 000 EUR excluding tax,

- maximum amount over the total period: 165 000 EUR excl. VAT.

Lot 2: supply of bulk fuel:

- minimum annual amount: 50 000 EUR before tax,

- maximum annual amount: 210 000 EUR before tax,

- minimum amount on theglobal discount: EUR 150 000 before tax,

- maximum amount over the overall period: EUR 630 000 excluding VAT

Duration of the contract: the duration of the framework agreement is the period within which the order forms may be issued. It is fixed at 1 year, from the notification of the market. The framework agreement is concluded for the duration of 1 year and is tacitly renewable twice, for a period of 1 year, ie one year.maximum duration of 3 years.

Delay of execution: concerning lot 2: the delivery time is fixed at a maximum of 72 hours after reception of the order. However, the incumbent has the possibility of proposing a shorter period of time which he will specify in the act of committing to the present contract and to which he will be contractually bound.
